Lina Timm

Lina Timm is the founder and CEO of Media Lab Bayern, an incubator for new ideas in digital journalism. The Media Lab Bayern supports talents and teams in founding media startups with mentoring programs and financial support. Previous to this, Lina wrote for outlets like Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung or ZEIT and worked as a video journalist for formats that screened on ARTE or Prosieben. She studied German studies, media sciences and sociology in Hamburg and attended the German School of Journalism in Munich.
