Jennifer Robillard is Director of News Audience Initiatives for McClatchy, a news organization of 30 sites that includes The Miami Herald, The Kansas City Star and The Sacramento Bee. She has worked in newsrooms both big and small since 2005, running audience and reporting teams with a focus on connecting with readers in new ways.
