Information
Mantovana d’origine, romana d’adozione. Fin da giovane, si appassiona alle eccellenze agroalimentari e agli affari internazionali, complice una storia familiare di secoli in ambo i settori. Dopo gli studi a Forlì, Parigi e Melbourne si laurea in Scienze Internazionali e Diplomatiche con una tesi sulle leggi, le politiche e la qualità del panorama agroalimentare all’interno dell’Unione Europea. Per passione e per completare la sua formazione, diventa assaggiatrice professionale di Olio Extravergine di Oliva, Apicoltrice, Sommelier e poi tecnologa ed enologa presso l’Università degli Studi della Tuscia. Prosegue il suo percorso come manager di progetti di sviluppo rurale con l´Universita´di Montepelier, FAO e AICS, mentre viene nominata coordinatrice per 6 anni del Master Internazionale in Human Development and Food Security e dei progetti di ricerca agrifood presso la facolta´ di economia dell’Università di Roma Tre. Oggi lavora come esperta e trade advisor Agro-Alimentare per il Governo di Danimarca in Italia e Sud Europa. A ciò si affiancano le attività di consulente presso aziende, di degustatrice professionale, di relatrice e di divulgatrice scientifica e relatrice per l’Associazione Italiana Sommelier, la rivista Cucina&Vini e il centro studi CIEE.
