È professore associato di Finanza e MV Advisors Faculty Fellow presso la Booth School of Business dell’Università di Chicago. Attualmente è anche Visiting Associate Professor di Business Administration presso l’Entrepreneurial Management Unit della Harvard Business School. È Faculty Research Fellow al NBER e Research Afiliate a CEPR, BREAD e J-PAL. Dirige anche il tema “Finance and Entrepreneurship” di PEDL.
Ha ricevuto numerose borse di studio e premi, come l’AQR Top Finance Graduate Award. È il vincitore della Carlo Alberto Medal 2023.
