Aled John is Deputy Managing Director of FT Strategies and has over 15 years experience across the news media overseeing strategy, new ventures and editorial. He leads the initiative to grow the Financial Times' future, younger audiences, and advises senior leadership of global news, media and cultural institutions on their digital transformation and growth. He trained as a broadcast journalist in the newsrooms of ITN and holds a MBA from the University of Cambridge.
