La regista Rachel Lears ricostruisce la nascita e la crescita di un movimento, dalle proteste per le strade alle sale del Congresso degli Stati Uniti, attraverso le storie di quattro leader e attiviste: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Varshini Prakash, Alexandra Rojas e Rhiana Gunn-Wright.
