Poetry STEM - È possibile intrecciare scienza e poesia?
Le regole sono quelle di un normale poetry slam: poeti di ogni genere, età ed estrazione sociale si sfidano a colpi di performance con i propri componimenti. Testi propri, nessun oggetto di scena, massimo tre minuti di tempo per ogni pezzo. A decidere chi vince è il pubblico, creando un contesto in cui la poesia trova terreno fertile per aprire un canale comunicativo molto forte tra chi performa e chi ascolta. Quello di oggi, tuttavia, è un poetry STEM, a cui parteciperanno poete e poeti con un curriculum sia scientifico che nella scena slam. Grazie a loro, la poesia diventerà un mezzo per raccontare la bellezza della scienza, ma anche la necessità di non dover più scegliere tra il rigore asettico del metodo scientifico e l’empatia del discorso poetico.
