Mangio dunque sono - Il filo magico tra intestino e cervello
Nella nostra pancia vivono miliardi di minuscoli supereroi invisibili, uniti al cervello da una sorta di filo magico: sono i batteri del microbiota intestinale e hanno un ruolo fondamentale per il nostro benessere. In questo laboratorio scopriremo che cos'è l'asse intestino-cervello che lega quello che mangiamo al nostro benessere mentale, all’umore e alla concentrazione. Impareremo, con una serie di giochi e attività, a conoscere meglio i nostri amici batteri e a capire che cosa è meglio mangiare per far stare bene loro e, quindi, anche noi.
