L’EAA è entrato in forza il 28 giugno 2025, AIE e AgID, che è l’autorità di vigilanza referente per i servizi, tra cui anche gli e-book, hanno costituito un tavolo tecnico congiunto per supportare le imprese della filiera editoriale nell’adeguamento alla Direttiva e al decreto legislativo 82/2022 che la recepisce. In occasione dell’incontro verranno presentati i primi risultati del lavoro del tavolo e forniti aggiornamenti sullo stato di applicazione della normativa.
