Chiunque viaggi nella maggior parte dei paesi europei, occidentali ma anche orientali, incontra monumenti e vestigia della civiltà romana, segni tangibili, e ancor oggi ben visibili, della straordinaria forza di integrazione politica di Roma. L’itinerario si snoda attraverso le città «romane», cercando di narrarne storia e peculiarità, non solamente raccontando i luoghi e i monumenti, ma anche dando spazio alle testimonianze del tempo.
Il libro, in uscita durante i giorni del Festival, sarà presentato dall’autore per la prima volta a Gorizia.
