La dieta mediterranea è lo stile di vita più studiato al mondo. E non si smentisce mai. Fa bene al corpo e fa bene alla mente. Al punto che l’Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità la raccomanda per tutte le età, la FAO la considera uno dei regimi più sostenibili al mondo e l’UNESCO l’ha riconosciuta come patrimonio culturale dell’umanità. Ma pochi sanno in cosa consista davvero la dieta mediterranea e ancora meno che è stata scoperta proprio in Italia.
