Virgilio, noto anche come Publio Virgilio Marone, è stato un poeta romano nato il 15 ottobre 70 a.C. vicino a Mantova e morto il 21 settembre 19 a.C. a Brindisi, autore di opere come le "Bucoliche", le "Georgiche" e l'"Eneide".

Seneca

Tacito

Constantine P. Cavafy
