Come è stato possibile che un professore discriminato dal fascismo sia stato giudicato complice dello stesso regime che lo aveva brutalmente epurato? Un libro che rompe il silenzio, che ha cancellato dalla memoria collettiva il nome di Tullio Terni e la vicenda personale di uno scienziato perseguitato due volte: dal razzismo fascista prima e dall’ingiustizia antifascista dopo.
