Le cucine, anche quelle apparentemente più tradizionali, sono in realtà i luoghi in cui avvengono più incontri, scambi, contaminazioni, relazioni, sbagli. Come si sono unite, aggregate, sintetizzate, conosciute? Quali gusti sono rimasti, quali gusti si sono nascosti?
