il Fatto Quotidiano è un quotidiano italiano fondato nel 2009 da Marco Travaglio, Peter Gomez, Marco Lillo, Furio Colombo, Bruno Tinti, Cinzia Monteverdi e Antonio Padellaro che ne è stato direttore dalla fondazione fino al 3 febbraio 2015, quando la direzione è passata a Marco Travaglio, in precedenza condirettore e prima ancora vicedirettore.

Nino Cartabellotta, medico specialista, è presidente della Fondazione GIMBE, che dal 1996 promuove l’integrazione delle migliori evidenze scientifiche in tutte le decisioni politiche, manageriali, professionali che riguardano la salute delle persone. Pioniere italiano dell’Evidence-Based Practice (EBP), è oggi riconosciuto tra gli esperti più autorevoli di ricerca e sanità del nostro paese, grazie a competenze trasversali che interessano tutti i livelli del sistema sanitario. È coordinatore scientifico dei programmi istituzionali della Fondazione GIMBE: #salviamoSSN, finalizzato a salvaguardare un servizio sanitario pubblico, equo e universalistico e GIMBE4young, nato per diffondere la cultura dell’EBP tra i professionisti sanitari del futuro.
